I’m also anxious to get back the final drawings to get some real bids on the bid house projects. Everything is in limbo. Until we have those bids, we can’t start the refinance, Ugh, stress!

We were cleaning out the basement today including the old workshop, where the previous owner had kept everything including a paint chip called “Satan!”
