Our contract is signed! Now the “fun” part begins… the construction loan process! If we can get all of our ducks in a row, we may start construction next month!

Front Door: Before and After
The door is done! After probably 40 hours of labor, our 92 year old front door has had a face lift. See our process photos and the finished product. It’s a beauty!
Clearing the Air
Some great, clear dialogue is happening with our contractor. Getting down to our target price is actually becoming more of a reality than a dream
One Side Down
I’ve completed the detail trim sanding of our front door… on one side. 6 panes with 12 areas each to scrape out paint and varnish and sand.
