Our designer and contractor had a good powwow here this morning, going over the plans to the last detail, in preparation for hopefully the last of our changes
Gimme All Yo’ Money!
Based on our less-than-stellar projected appraisal, the bank now wants us to bring in something like $30,000.00 to close… yeah… right!
